    Wellness Exams

    As a requirement for preventive health care of your pets, a complete physical examination will be performed yearly for young adults and more often for pediatric and older pets. As a part of that examination, Veterinarian will inform you about the recommendations and diagnostic tests to be performed.

    Vaccinations

    For providing protection to your pets and to your family against serious diseases, vaccination of your pets is a highly effective preventive measure. We offer routine vaccinations of canines and felines as:

    Dental Cleaning & Care

    Dental disease can cause stinky breath, saliva drooling, facial swelling, anorexia and pain in your pets and is a risk factor for their serious health problems. Dental and oral health care is therefore an essential element for preventive health care of your pets. Mobile Vet Care Indiana offers routine dental cleaning and care for your pets.

    Micro-chipping

    To reunite you to your pet if it is lost, we offer microchipping which will give a specific identification code to your pet.

    Outpatient Care

    Veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination at the time of an appointment and will inform you in detail about the recommendations of diagnostics required and the plan of treatment and care.

    In home Euthanasia

      When it is time for your beloved companion to cross the rainbow bridge, we promise a compassionate and caring good bye in the familiar surroundings of your home with your family and friends.

      In the beginning, Veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination of your pet, assess its quality of life, and will assist you in decision making whether or not to put your beloved pet to sleep.  Veterinarian will then discuss in detail his plan before starting the procedure.

      Procedure:

      A calming sedative injection will be given first to ease any discomfort to your pet. Calming effect will appear within 5 – 15 minutes. An IV catheter will then be placed and well secured in the pet’s vein; Finally, an injection for sleep will be given in the Pet’s vein via IV catheter. At the end of this procedure, Veterinarian will listen to the chest of your pet to make sure that your beloved pet is deceased. Depending on Owner’s wish, we offer clay paw print impression and additional fur clippings. If Pet Owner wants Mobile Vet Care Indiana to take care of your Pet’s body, it does offer Pet Cremation Services. Veterinarian will assist you with the different types of Pet Cremation Services available and answer all your questions.

    We are able to perform following inhouse diagnostics:

    • Schirmer’s tear test
    • Fluorescein Staining
    • Intra-occular pressure Checkup
    • Blood Glucose checkup
    For Blood Screening tests and fecal examination tests, we send our Blood and fecal samples to an outside laboratory and will get results back in 2 – 3 business days.
