As a requirement for preventive health care of your pets, a complete physical examination will be performed yearly for young adults and more often for pediatric and older pets. In home Euthanasia
When it is time for your beloved companion to cross the rainbow bridge, we promise a compassionate and caring good bye in the familiar surroundings of your home with your family and friends.
In the beginning, Veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination of your pet, assess its quality of life, and will assist you in decision making whether or not to put your beloved pet to sleep. Veterinarian will then discuss in detail his plan before starting the procedure.
- Procedure:
A calming sedative injection will be given first to ease any discomfort to your pet. Calming effect will appear within 5 – 15 minutes. An IV catheter will then be placed and well secured in the pet’s vein; Finally, an injection for sleep will be given in the Pet’s vein via IV catheter. At the end of this procedure, Veterinarian will listen to the chest of your pet to make sure that your beloved pet is deceased. Depending on Owner’s wish, we offer clay paw print impression and additional fur clippings.
